Real estate expertise in the Asia-Pacific region
A new corporate identity, name development and an attractive corporate design were the focal points of the communications activities that SpiessConsult implemented for the LUO PAN S.C.S. SICAV I real estate fund. Luo pan (Chinese: 罗盘, luópán) is a Chinese compass used in feng shui to bring the best locations, the residents of a building and the five elements into balance – as an essential prerequisite for happiness and success. LUO PAN thus represents success in finding the best locations for promising real estate investments in China.
