Toll Collect is designing its 2022 annual report with SpiessConsult

External stakeholders and the 20th anniversary are the focus topics // Communications agency SpiessConsult is producing the corporate report of the Berlin-based toll specialist for the second time

‘Connections that create the future’ is the title of Toll Collect's current annual report in its anniversary year. And it is dedicated to the people to whom the company owes its unique history: the stakeholders, including not only the employees but also the toll customers, suppliers, the client, the Federal Office for Logistics and Mobility, and the owner, the Federal Republic of Germany. They are all connected by a ‘time line’ that runs through the entire image section of the report, linking the various players and depicting each of them with a personal statement about Toll Collect and their joint work.

In this annual publication, Toll Collect reports on the company's special role as a technology service provider for the federal government for tolls, infrastructure and digital services, provides an outlook on future projects in the field of sustainable mobility in Germany and presents the company's progress in agile work organisation.

SpiessConsult has been supporting the Berlin-based company since 2006 in strategic PR projects, corporate design, integrated information campaigns in Germany and the EU, complex corporate publications, sustainability reporting and employee communications.

Toll Collect is a high-performance technology service provider for toll collection and control and has been operating one of the largest toll systems worldwide since 1 January 2005. Since 2018, Toll Collect has been a federal enterprise, with the Federal Republic of Germany as its sole shareholder. Its main task is to collect the truck toll in Germany in accordance with legal requirements and to transfer it to the federal budget. In addition, the company is developing into a service platform for the federal government for infrastructure and digital services. It provides technical and advisory services in connection with the control services of the Federal Office for Logistics and Mobility, the European Electronic Toll Service (EEMD/EETS) as well as data evaluations for statistical purposes and traffic management. In addition, Toll Collect supports the expansion of mobile communications in Germany through its subsidiary Mobilfunkinfrastrukturgesellschaft.
