The site campaign "Leverkusen and Bayer. A strong team" will be continued until summer 2010. The campaign focuses on examples of how Bayer is improving the quality of life in Leverkusen through a wide range of activities. The newly published advertisements and posters now focus on Bayer's activities in the area of voluntary work.
Bayer AG and the city of Leverkusen jointly launched the campaign on October 1, 2009. Print advertisements and posters were intended to raise public awareness of the importance of the company for the region. Radio spots, interactive activities such as a photo competition or a quiz, presentations on the video walls of the BayArena as well as a web special and web banners complemented the classic measures. An important guarantee of success for the campaign was the open-minded cooperation between Bayer and the city of Leverkusen, which provided numerous billboards in the region.
