Bayer Business Services and SpiessConsult on Shortlist Symbiosis Award 2010
Bayer Servicegesellschaft among the 20 finalists for outstanding change communication projects.
The Symbiosis Award is an important competition for change communication in German-speaking countries, in which the coveted Fleggy trophies are awarded in four categories. This year there were more than 50 applications, 20 of which were shortlisted after an intensive selection and evaluation process.
The Bayer Business Services campaign, which aims to standardize and harmonize Bayer's global communications presence, is also part of the campaign. SpiessConsult was commissioned to develop the communication measures for the international introduction of the new corporate positioning both internally and externally.
In a first step, a modern corporate mission statement, the relaunch of the corporate design and a catchy claim were designed. Other measures supported by SpiessConsult included the mission statement brochure, management presentations, posters, advertisements and the conception of the intranet special for the introduction of the mission statement.
The winners of the Symbiosis Award 2010 will be announced at an awards ceremony on 11 November in Salzburg.
